The actual aim of fast bowling is to make a "reverse swing". This usually happens when a ball is used highly, and its aerodynamics tends to make it swing along the polished side because the air flows turbulently around sides of the ball. The angled position of the seam separates the air stream such that smoother on one side than the other, changing its direction with respect to motion. It is very hard to make reverse swing But can achieve by altering physical phenomena and weather conditions(occurs in hot, dry conditions). Perfectly planned ball tampering can accelerate or decelerate the match.
